Effective April 23, 2019 there have been a few changes to our board. Patrick Cohen has stepped down as ICA President. He will now be a downstate general member. Patrick informed us prior to last election cycle that his commitment of time was becoming limited due to school and work. Even though he did not run for office he was re-elected by a majority vote of ICA membership. Patrick became President of ICA during a very problematic time and did a wonderful job rebuilding our board. He will be greattly missed as our President. Stephen Plotnick, our current Metro VP, has accepted the nomination of ICA President. Stephen has been both Secretary and Metro VP for ICA. Replacing Stephen will be Eric Ortega.
