Last month, the ICA conducted the drawing for the $500 ICA Education Stipend and a true random number generator picked the lucky winner.

Before I reveal her name, a reminder that the stipend will be awarded annually to a high school senior graduating the year of the drawing, who has been a member of the ICA since at least the beginning of 2020. Scholastic memberships are only $10 a year.
