Fishman & Kokipparambil Bump Ratings 300+ As of Dec 1

 

69 Illinois players saw ratings increases of 100 points or more as of December. No one's rating increased more than Daniel Fishman who more than doubled his rating from 288 to 611, a difference of 323!

Fox Valley Chess Club's Advaith Kodipparambil enhanced his rating from 608 to 918, a difference of 310.

Two of the 100-plus club this month are Warren Junior Scholars and two are Rising Stars. Scholars Aren Emrikian (+114) and Shreya Mangalam (+110) both enhanced their ratings nicely. Rising Stars Vrishank Ramnath (+120) and Adrian Calinescu (+111) both had strong showings in the weeks leading up to December 1's official rating calculation.

As training opportunities start to occur, it's hoped we see more such rating increases from these ICA-sponsored programs.
