3 Sections: Gold (1800 and up), Silver (U1800: 1400 - 1799), and Bronze (U1400: below 1400). Play-up fee: $20; play-up allowed only if within 200 points of the section.

Rounds/Style: 4-round Swiss System

No tournament check-in at the site is needed. Just verify your registration online before the tournament. If there are issues that require making changes to your registration, please visit cavechess.cc/change.

Time Control: G/60; d5

Schedule: Every Tuesday in April, starting at 7:00 PM.

Entry Fee:

• $15 online until 3/31.
• $20 online until 4/7.
• $10 off for Caveman Chess Subscribers.
• Online entries only, no entries onsite.

Byes: Two ½-point bye available for any round, committed by the end of round 3. No byes may be added or rescinded after round 3.

Mem Req'd: US Chess membership is required, please obtain before the event. Discounted scholastic (ages 5-18) memberships are available at cavechess.cc/voucher. Free US Chess membership to Park Ridge students (ages 5-18).

Chess Equipment: Boards, sets, and clocks provided by Caveman Chess, LLC.

Parking: Free parking. Visitors' parking behind the building and the SW corner lot @ Garden & S. Fairview Streets, also street parking.
